The École des Écoles network meets several times a year to discuss educational, pedagogical and thematic issues concerning performing arts education. The events take form of seminars, conferences and workshops with participation of prominent European performing artists. The events are arranged primarily for the schools teaching or pedagogical staff, but students are often invited to participate in the events.
grundtvig
The Écoles de Écoles network participates in the European Union’s Lifelong Learning Programme, under the subprogramme Grundtvig. The Learning Partnership will be coordinated from The Danish National School of Performing Arts.
ERASMUS+
Erasmus+ is the new EU programme for Education, Training, Youth and Sport for the period 2014-2020 replacing the former Lifelong Learning Programme.
With an increased budget, the Erasmus+ programme brings together the seven programmes for education, training and youth, including the Grundtvig partnership programme, which several EdE-members have been involved in in the past.
Erasmus+ operates with a mobility framework based on three Key Actions:
- Key Action 1: Learning mobility of individuals
- Key Action 2: Cooperation for innovation and the exchange of good practices
- Key Action 3: Support for Policy Reform
